The Wallingford primary bath
The problem
A cramped 1980s bath with a tub nobody used, a fan that did not vent outside and soft subfloor around the toilet.
What we changed
- Tub replaced with a walk-in shower and built-in bench
- Subfloor repaired and a full waterproofing system installed
- Fan ducted outside and sized for the room
- Heated floor on a timer
