What remodels typically start at
You should not have to book a meeting to find out whether we are in your budget. These ranges are examples set by the owner; your real price arrives as one fixed number in a signed scope before demolition.
| Project | Typical investment | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Kitchen remodels | from $85,000 for a refreshed layout to $220,000+ for a structural open-plan kitchen | 4 to 6 weeks of design, 8 to 12 weeks of build |
| Bathroom remodels | from $45,000 for a hall bath to $110,000+ for a primary suite | 3 to 4 weeks of design, 5 to 8 weeks of build |
| Whole-home remodels | from $250,000, priced per phase | 8 to 12 weeks of design, 5 to 9 months of build |
| Basements and attics | from $90,000 | 4 to 6 weeks of design, 10 to 14 weeks of build |
How fixed pricing works
Design is priced first, as its own agreement. When the design is done, every item and allowance goes into one scope with one price. Allowances (for example counters you have not chosen yet) are listed with their amount, so you can see exactly where the number could move and by how much.
If you change something, or we find rot or old wiring behind a wall, you get a written change order with its price before we do the work.
Financing
Many clients use savings or a home equity line. If you want to spread the cost, we introduce you to a lender we work with. Lender name, terms and disclosures go here.
Illustrative example, not an offer
$1,216/month
on $120,000 over 15 years at 8.99% APR. Approval, rates and terms come from the lender.

Start with one conversation. You leave the consultation knowing what is possible, roughly what it costs, and how long design takes.
